We are a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization committed to ending human trafficking in the United States. With offices strategically located in Tampa, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Austin, we are aggressively focused on ending this massive problem happening right here in America by fighting the demand for purchased sex.
Our goal is to combat the consumer demand for purchased sex in the United States by creating nationwide Trafficking Free Zones, educating the public about the issue, providing help to victims and survivors, and empowering volunteer abolitionists to take a stand in their communities.

An organization that fights against the dark reality of human trafficking does not simply rise from a vacuum. The onset of U.S. Institute Against Human Trafficking is unique because it was co-founded by Kevin Malone and Geoff Rogers–two men who had successfully risen up in corporate America who knew that they needed to step up and take responsibility if they were going to see a better society.
Co-Founder, Kevin Malone, named “The Best General Manager in the Game” in 1995, retired from professional baseball in 2001 after an illustrious 17 year career in which his teams earned a World Championship and several trips to the post-season. After years of getting involved with many charitable organizations with the philosophy of “seek justice, rescued the oppressed and defend the orphan”, the transition into fighting against human trafficking was only inevitable. Kevin and those who have rallied behind him view human trafficking as one of the greatest moral threats to American citizens and society because it opposes the very foundation that all men (and women) are created equal and should never be subjugated to be mere commodities for transactional sexual pleasure.
However, a public figure himself, Kevin is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ who understands the fragile and fickle minds of society and culture and the tightrope that influential people and brands must walk in order to maintain their level of notoriety. The U.S. Institute Against Human Trafficking was started to purposely position itself as non-partisan and independent of political and religious tethers so that many could be invited to the “table” and work together to bring about real change.
Kevin Malone brought into the U.S. Institute Against Human Trafficking the same ferver and problem solving skills that he utilized in his sports career. And just like his successful endeavours, the goal of USIAHT is to see real, tangible change occur in the United States. It was within this mission that the Trafficking Free Zone program and the Abolitionist program were created so that passionate businesses, organizations, and individuals could champion lasting change with the right tools and framework by which to invest time and resources.
In addition to their efforts to end human trafficking in the United States, Kevin Malone and USIAHT have also launched Kids Not For Sale–a targeted, “gloves off” approach to fight child sex trafficking in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada and set a precedent for the rest of the United States regarding the prevention of exploited children
OREE
FREEMAN
Oree Freeman lives a life of service. She is a woman who has overcome adversity and continues to thrive through life’s many twists and turns. Oree is passionate, filled with spunk, and is tenacious in her advocacy.
Oree’s mission is to be a voice and a fighter for all victims of sex trafficking and has devoted her career to combating sex trafficking by establishing AWARENESS, spreading HOPE and helping others find RESILIENCE within themselves. Over 20,000 individuals have felt her strength through the interactive training she conducts for law enforcement officers and professionals from other child-serving sectors. Importantly, she has also focused her energy on working directly with exploited and at-risk youth.
Oree is an advocate where she transforms the lives of youth involved in the juvenile justice and child welfare systems by sharing what she has learned from her own experience as well as the countless youth she has served over the past seven years. Oree is a survivor not only of child sex trafficking but a survivor of life’s unfair battles.
VINCE
KUDLA
Vince Kudla is the founder & CEO of H2insight, Inc. Headquartered in Tampa, H2insight is a customer experience management company that provides surveys, real-time reporting, analysis, industry benchmarks, and other customer loyalty solutions. The company’s clients include many of the largest national homebuilders and several of the largest insurance companies in the U.S.
Prior to founding H2insight in 1997, Vince co-founded BPLS Inc., a technology firm providing an on-line guide to new home subdivisions in the largest building markets throughout the country.
Vince is also a member of C-12, America’s leading Resource for Christian Business Owners and CEO’s that focuses on an integrated approach to business and ministry. He and his wife Tracie have been married for 20 years and are proud parents of three.
Marilyn Malone
Marilyn has been supporting the United States Institute Against Human Trafficking (USIAHT) since its beginning in 2016. Initially, she provided administrative oversight for the organization. In January of 2022 Marilyn was elected to the USIAHT Board of Directors. She serves the organization in an administrative leadership role. Marilyn has her B.S. degree in Business Administration and in the past has worked as a Front Office Supervisor and Manager for multiple doctors. She was the Assistant Controller for CPX, Inc. in Los Angeles, California. Marilyn was the Treasurer for Mercedes-Benz of Valencia in Santa Clarita, California overseeing business operations. She has worked for numerous nonprofits. Marilyn is the mother of two adult children; Shannon and Shawn. She resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband Kevin.
CHONG
HENDERSON
Chong Henderson has been called by God as an intercessor, praying endlessly for the causes nearest to God’s heart. She joins the Board of Directors of the U.S. Institute Against Human Trafficking as a full-time intercessor, praying for God’s will to occur with the company and for the provision necessary to help end human trafficking in the U.S. Chong resides in Tampa, FL with her husband Fain.
Finding new and innovative ways to combat the demand for purchased sex, raise awareness to this nationwide epidemic, and provide safe environments for victims.
